Universal Converting Equipment have service engineers who are trained in the operation of a wide range of converting equipment and slitters including machines produced by Valmet, Titan, Atlas, Elite, Cameron, Kampf, Goebel, Ashe, Eldec and Dusenbery. We hold a wide range of spare and replacement parts such as:

· Drive systems

· Complete drive and control systems

· Edge/Line guiders

· Brakes

· Differential chucks

· Differential shaft friction washers

· Pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components

· Slitting blade holders

· Roller coverings

· Hot melt modules, hoses and nozzles

All our engineers are trained across the engineering disciplines allowing them to quickly diagnose and correct problems which may be occurring. Beyond resolving immediate problems, our engineers area able to assess all aspects of the machine and present a plan of work required to improve the machine and maintain it in that condition.

Ongoing service and maintenance programmes can be agreed with periodic service visits to ensure the optimum performance of all the equipment.
